EventsFast provides AI-powered event discovery, content generation, and social media publishing tools. The Service scrapes publicly available event data from the web and uses AI to generate social media posts.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

Event plans are charged on a pay-per-use basis at the rate displayed before purchase. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for service failures.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to circumvent rate limits, scraping our platform, using the Service for illegal purposes, or generating harmful content.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Content generated by the Service is provided for your use. Event data is sourced from publicly available information. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and platform terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
